If you&#8217;re interested, please email all resumes to <a href=\"mailto:sarah@accentdecor.com\" target=\"_blank\">sarah@accentdecor.com<\/a>.<\/div>\n<p>\n<b>Top Level Visual Merchandiser<\/p>\n<p>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;\u2022 Produce a high level of merchandising using contemporary design, implementing new and creative merchandising concepts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Create visual, artistic, trendsetting floor plans and displays with European flair.<br \/>\n\u2022 Research global floral design trends and incorporate them into showroom design, merchandising, and styling.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with the creative team on all projects in order to meet Accent Decor&#8217;s vision and goals<br \/>\n&nbsp;\u2022 Able to manage a project from start to finish: from sketches, to styling and providing showroom plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to take direction, work collaboratively and participate in internal brainstorming groups with co-workers.<br \/>\n&nbsp;\u2022 Prioritize workload, maintain project schedules and budgets, and manage multiple projects efficiently.<\/p>\n<p><b>Desired Characteristics:<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 An original thinker with innate design sense and style<br \/>\n&nbsp;\u2022 A passion for the floral industry a must<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute layout and design.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to take on multiple projects and continue to deliver cutting-edge work<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have a collaborative approach, the ability to work with others and to professionally represent Accent Decor.
