Qualifications:<\/b>
\n-basic knowledge of business to business sales

Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n-assist existing customers with order placement
\n-acquire extensive knowledge of the current product line
\n-investigate and resolve customer objections
\n– support marketing team with showroom development
\n-travel to and working gift shows as required
\n-handle claims and damages, process credits and replacements
\n-manage incoming calls and transfer responsibility as necessary<\/p>\n
