Showroom Coordinator

The Showroom Coordinator at Accent Decor is responsible for coordinating details among the Marketing team and ensuring these details are all executed accurately so that large projects run seamlessly. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Source props required for showroom installations, keeping storage of said props organized

• Enter orders for product required for showroom setups, ensure orders ship, and are delivered as scheduled

• Manage showroom inventories of supplies and marketing material, maintain proper records of inventories, and accurately project necessary supplies for the following season

• Arrange food and beverages for trade shows and other marketing events

• Arrange travel for marketing team and designers for photoshoots and showroom installations

• Travel with showroom setup crew to Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas and assist as needed

• Travel to Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas for trade shows, maintaining inventory of supplies and overall cleanliness of showroom

• Arrange thorough cleaning of all showrooms each season

• Ensure all product in each showroom is labeled properly

• Coordinate lunches for team during photoshoots and showroom setups

• Produce product text for catalogs and all print material

• Detailed proofing of catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate

• Management of sales price list

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 2-3 years of showroom experience

• A high level of attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Good organization skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
