4 Style-Forward Design Tastemakers Share Their Accent Decor Favorites

A hub for all things trend-forward, High Point Market is the definitive and semiannual destination for furniture and design, held every April and October. Tastemakers, designers, and brands flock to High Point to source products for upcoming projects and storefronts. Additionally, the Market serves as a trusted source for gathering home decor design trend knowledge and corresponding products.

Accent Decor’s showroom was a bustling stop on the agenda for many design pros in search of truly unique, trend-forward products to delight both their clients and serve as the perfect finishing touch for projects. Post-market, we caught up with Crystal Grace, Jamie Merida, and Tineke Triggs— distinctly different customers with discerning eyes for style. Each shared the Accent Decor products that caught their attention this season.

The E+E Eugene Wall Mount, and his fellow animal friends, exude playfulness and unexpected style.

I’m drawn to the assortment of statement vases and decorative objects featuring unexpected yet artful textures.

I loved the Handheld Bookends that also double as a floral vessel – it gives unexpected humor!

Hands down, my favorite products were the Layered Lemon Pot & Bowl.  These large and textured statement pieces could be filled with lush green plants, faux pomegranates, or even as an ice bucket with wine for a small dinner party.

The Eugene Wall Mount is a great holiday decor piece that can also be utilized year-round.

The E+E Dinner Plates and E+E Portrait Trays have classic appeal thanks to their blue and white colors. The artwork is both quirky and timeless.

I love that the Echelon Column is art in its own right due to its sculptural design and its iron cladding. I find it to be both bold and stunning.

The Atticus Stand was love at first with its function and style. I can see these everywhere from kitchens to baths to entryways. They’re a simple and thoughtful addition to any room.

The Calligraphy Vase is moody and beautiful! The purples hues can easily act as a soulful neutral and I can’t wait to use this for a client or in my own home.
