The Warm Appeal of Terracotta
Terracotta is a type of ceramic material that is made from natural red or brown clay. During production, dried and broken fragments of natural terracotta, salvaged from broken pots, are crushed, and blended with smooth clay. This process creates a gritty surface texture, giving each piece a unique and tactile quality.

Before each Salvage Collection product is kiln-fired, our artisan partners dutifully mold and perfect each product, expertly balancing uniformity, and the charm of handcrafted details.
