To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please:​​

Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.​

Keep all original packaging in case the item needs to be returned.​​

Submit claims within 30 days of receipt.​

Claims for damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of delivery.​​

Keep handcrafted variations in mind.​

Many of our products are handmade, hand-finished, or created with reactive glazes. Because of this, natural variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
