We want to ensure your Accent Decor shopping experience is a pleasant one. If the products you purchased are incorrect or are from a cancelled order we will gladly cover the return fees.

If you’ve changed your mind about our products they can be returned by a carrier of your choice and there will also be a 30% restocking fee.

All returns need to be made within 90 days of receipt. Please contact customer support to receive an RMA number and begin your return process. Once you have the RMA number, please write the number on the outside of the shipment and return to:
