Your Accent Decor shopping experience is important to us. To ensure that experience goes as planned, the following is required for support: 

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt; Keep original packaging in case items need to be returned   
  • Report all damages, defectives, and discrepancies to Accent Décor Customer Support within 30 days of receipt of merchandise utilizing the required claim form or calling customer support to create an RMA  
  • Due to handcrafted techniques, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects. 
  • No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization at which time an RMA# will be issued to you, FedEx return labels emailed to you, or instructions given to arrange an LTL (pallet) return 
  • Drop off return merchandise to your local FedEx location or arrange pick up with a customer support rep 
  • All returns and claims will be credited to the original purchasing method once items are received and processed  


  • If you changed your mind about our products there will be a 30% restocking fee and the return freight cost will be billed to you 
  • Returned merchandise should be in original packaging (not cartons) and no price labels of any kind on it 
  • Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received unless otherwise instructed by a customer support rep 
  • Returns made without prior authorization are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the return freight cost will be billed to you 
  • All sale items are final sale 

Backorders & Cancellations

Accent Decor strives to have every product in stock and available to ship. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered and will ship automatically once it comes back to stock. If you would like to cancel a backorder, please contact our support team, and a CSR will be happy to help you. 

**please note that you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. 
**If your backorder is under $75 or older than 6 months we reserve the right to cancel. 


Cancelling Orders

  • Contact customer support for all cancellation requests via phone and/or chat 
  • Cancellation requests are determined by the status of the order, and not guaranteed if the order has already been processed by our shipping department.
