Shipping Policy
As a valued partner to Accent Decor, providing cost effective, reliable shipping is a top priority for our business. The updated shipping charges are designed to offer a uniform shipping cost in the Continental US. The shipping amount will be a percentage of the total product value (this applies to back orders as well). Please contact our support team, should you have any questions. Effective September 4, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY & DELIVERY ADD-ONS FEES


DROPSHIPPING
Accent Decor is pleased to offer dropship direct to consumers. Please note the following details for our program:
- All customers are eligible to opt into the dropship program via our web form.
- There is no minimum order value on dropship orders.
- A FedEx or UPS 3rd party shipping account is required for all customers who have a dropship account.
- Only a selection of Accent Decor products will be available for dropship.
- We priced our products with no hidden fees, so when you log in to your dropship account you see the price you pay.
- Shipments will include a packing slip and exclude an invoice.
- Dropship orders will ship in Accent Decor boxes.
- Dropshipping is to the 48 contiguous states only.
- We have daily pickups at our California and Georgia warehouses Monday through Friday by 1:30pm local time to accommodate your customers’ orders. Please create your shipping policy to account for this schedule.

RETURNS
- Accent Decor customers will handle all returns and customer support with their end consumers directly.
- For returns due to quality, Accent Decor customers need to fill out the claims form on the Accent Decor website.
- For all shipping carrier damages, Accent Decor customers need to file a claim with their shipping company directly.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDER GUIDELINES
Accent Decor is pleased to offer order pickup for local customers.
GEORGIA WAREHOUSE
Accent Decor

Peachtree Corners, GA 30071
- Pickup times for our Peachtree Corners warehouse are between 7am and 1:30pm Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break from 10:30 to 11.
- Please do not arrive at the Accent Decor Warehouse until you have received a phone call detailing the date and time that your order will be ready. We are unable to accommodate same-day orders.
- When you arrive, park at LOADING DOCK 40, ring the bell outside the customer pickup door, and a team member will assist you. Please have your company name and order number ready.
- Customers have five business days to pick up their order once notified via phone (exceptions will be made for out-of-state customers). If the order is not picked up within five business days, it will be canceled and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- If leveraging a personal carrier to facilitate your pickup, the order number and customer name are required.
CALIFORNIA WAREHOUSE

- Pickup times for our Perris warehouse are between 7:00am – 1:30pm local time.
- Please do not arrive at the Accent Decor Warehouse until you have received a phone call detailing the date and time that your order will be ready. We are unable to accommodate same-day orders.
- When you arrive, please enter the front door and a team member will assist you. Please have your company name and order number ready.
- Customers have five business days to pick up their order once they’ve been notified via phone (exceptions will be made for out-of-state customers). If the order is not picked up within five business days, it will be canceled and subject to a 30% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Accent Decor strives to have every product in stock and available to ship. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered and will ship automatically once it comes back to stock. If you would like to cancel a backorder, please contact our support team, and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.
**Please note that you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
**If your backorder is under $75 or older than 6 months we reserve the right to cancel.
