Ocean Freight Surcharge:
Due to continued challenges within the global supply chain coupled a significant increased cost of ocean freight, a 6% ocean freight surcharge to be applied on all orders, including open orders, effective Monday, December 6, 2021. This surcharge, which is subject to change, applies to orders placed online, by phone, at market, etc.

Dropshipping
Accent Decor is pleased to offer drop-ship direct to consumers. Please note the following details:
- No additional fees above the wholesale price will be charged
- No minimum orders
- Shipments will include a packing slip and exclude an invoice
- The freight charge will be 30% of the order value or $11.95, whichever is higher
- The order will ship in Accent Decor boxes
- Drop-shipping is to the 48 contiguous states only
- For returns and exchanges, Accent Decor will communicate with its customers directly. End consumers must communicate directly with the retailer.
Local Pickup Order Guidelines
Accent Decor is pleased to offer order pickups for local customers. Due to COVID-19, our pickup procedures have been modified to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers. Until further notice, please refer to our updated measures.

- Please do not arrive to the Accent Decor Warehouse until you have recieved a confirmation email detailing the date and time that your order will be ready for pickup. We are unable to accommodate same-day pick-ups.
- When you arrive at Accent Decor, please park at LOADING DOCK 40, ring the bell outside the customer pickup door and wait for someone to greet you. Please have your company name and order number available.
- Pick up hours are from 9AM - 3PM. All orders will have to be picked up within 3 business days after the order is scheduled for pick-up to avoid any returns and restocking fees.
- If there is a damaged item, please call Customer Support for a replacement order or credit. We are happy to ship a replacement to you or have a replacement order available for pickup. We will advise the next available date and time for pick-up for both replacement orders and new orders.

- The order will be charged and invoiced before you arrive. You will receive the final invoice in a separate email.
- At this time, we are unable to offer same day pickups.

Backorders & Cancellations
Accent Decor strives to have every product in stock and available to ship. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered and will ship automatically once it comes back to stock. If you would like to cancel a backorder, please contact our support team, and a CSR will be happy to help you.
**please note that you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
**If your backorder is under $50 or older than 6 months we reserve the right to cancel.
